I pulled the Seventh Ghost from the diamond loot room but after picking it up I could not find it in my inventory. Might have something to do with my character never having even started dlc 2.

Theres this theory that i like and it sounds very plausable, but the girl named Emily Swan that was on her death bed kind of sick suddenly healed after an Alien, most likely the Watcher, told her Mother she would be fine. A purple glow occurred and she was miraculously restored to fill healthz but with something new. Didnt go into details, but i think this Emily Swan girl will be the Sixth Siren, probably Commandent Steele's powers related to Healing maybe?

"an amazing mechanic" i beg to differ, hiding the most interesting/fun/strongest weapons behind horrendes droprates and farms IN A SOLO/CO-OP GAME is a horrible idea... 99% of players probably never seen a hybrid, i finished the game 2 times and didn't even knew they existed. They should have just hidden them around the map to make them like eastereggs for exploring players, not a 0.001 dropchance of a lategame boss so nobody will ever see it... but good video anyway

I fairly new to the borderlands series, I bought 3 when it first came out, and I started playing Bl2 about a year ago after hearing it was a really good story and it was, but after doing TVHM and UVHM I don’t think I’ll ever get any the OP levels, grinding that much just is boring and I can stand to listen to the dialogue of anything Bl2 anymore, just feels like a drag and I’m only one character in at level 61, while on the other hand Bl3 does have a Meh main story with some great DlCs in my opinion, but I don’t have to drag myself to do everything over again and I actually have fun. I also like how the guns work more in Bl3 than in Bl2 as with Bl2 guns I never understood how it works. But Bl3 shows me what the stats are. I could be wrong but Bl2 players are more for the grind and Bl3 players are more for build crafting.

Originally the grinder was the only way to farm most of the legendary stuff because the majority of their dedicated drops didn't respawn. Had to farm iwa jira for the thingy twice and toss in a purple of whatever type of gear you wanted.

I can't remember it well but I remember my brother getting a pearl smg from krom that shot multiple elements while we were farming them or maybe it shot like borderlands 2 sand hawk any idea I could be mistaken it was forever ago

I want the next villain in the franchise to be a Alexander the Great, Napoleon, Charlemagne, Ceaser, Trajann, Saladin esk character named General Unitatem Concordia (aka General “unity” “live in harmony” in Latin) or something like that. Someone who wants to unite the wastelands and bring peace and harmony to it by conquering and subjugating it. We come to blows with him and fight against him. But as we do, we come to learn of his backstory. As a child the warbands and vault hunters destroyed his home killed his parents and violated him and others before taking them as slaves. As a slave he worked up to be a general in the warlords army before killing and usurping him. Now he seeks to create a Pandora where people don’t have to live in fear that what happened to him will happen to them. Additionally he treats his underlining a well and as family. And despite being a tyrant he is very fair and benevolent for a warlord. Eventually we come to face him, and after seeing the kind of world he rules, a place where you don’t need to kill everyone you meet, we are given a choice… Join him a create a Pandora where true peace and exists at the cost of what makes the planet “fun”, or fight and let Pandora remain a hell hole no sane person would ever want to live in. All you lose is anarchy type freedom the games are known for in exchange for lawful order if you join. If you resist, all the other factions immediately turn on each other to fill the power vacuum as the Generals last words are “ Congratulations, you condemned us all forever.” United Pandora, or Lawless wastelands, being ruled by planet wide military dictatorship vs local warlords, a unified world free of psycho marauders vs a divided hellscape where you live in fear… Lawless freedom or Peaceful tyranny, which is better? Now that I think of it, he wouldn’t be the villain, he’s straight up the good guy.

TPS suffered for me because of the maps, stupid drops all over the place meant you couldn't approach how you wanted. Plus any enemies with knockback effects were instakill

The snowshoe is still a top tier shield on Moze. With a blood letter class mod and a spark plug relic AND the unlock that allows you to slam from regular jump height it's maybe the fastest clear speed in the game. Only maybe surpassed by boresplosion Zane. You are just going jump, slam, nova, heal, repeat. Clears screens of mobs instantly.

I wish they'd go back to legendary parts being different. Hybrids are such a cool emergent result of BL1's loot system and it makes so much sense to allow them to happen organically like this, even if they can be "overpowered". as if trying to balance borderlands is possible anyways

Farming hundreds of times for a hybrid... 😂 weak. why not just willowtree it in? especially as there are way more then 10 hybrids. vanilla hybrids aren't worth it.

Yeah, unfortunately 3 does have way too many things made legendary. While I do like having more drops than 2 its just too common for a world drop to be just okay. Seeing that orange beam isnt that exciting when theres like a 40% chance its something disappointing.

Borderlands 4 needs to go back to it's Borderlands 1 roots on high powerful ratites.

Heya, I just recently got back into Borderlands 1 (although I'm taking a break again to play something else with my sibling), and I wound up making my goal for this return learning the limits of grenade launcher creation, which lead to me making an information index spreadsheet on everything I figured out. If you've got any interest in doing a collaboration of sorts that goes over the grenade launchers left on the cutting room floor (mostly finished), would you let me know? I've been wanting to get the information out there for a while, but don't really have any reach within the community. Great video about the hybrids! I'm still working on collecting some myself, I believe the most I've got is the Dove Hornet, Ajax Ogre, Cyclops' Power, and a Nemesis Invader, but I haven't been in the best farming mood in a while.

The fact BL1 has pearls and hybrids gives it crazy replay value, you always have something rare to farm that you’ve never gotten. That’s what Borderlands is all about.

Nope tvhm has always been fine the issue is uvhm with dots enemy health regen making slag not an option but a requirement to survive then power creeping and raising levels till it is now what level 80 with overpower also being 10 so basically level 90. Overpower levels stacked on top of uvhm makes it 100x worse . The clear lack of vora farming for interfacers or vermi or hyperious for a norfleet . When the boss then had broken amounts of health and damage resistance and or health regen .. sweet .. Ive grinded these through every level increase and have hated life each time.. specially when it came to vora .. as my main farm character was sal for pimperhab specially for vora using a chaotic neutral mod to icrease launcher mag size as you need 11 rounds to get full money shot bonus 😉 My main sal i had reset my uvhm playthrough 4 times to refarm things like pimpernel sandhawk ect .

Frozen snowshoe is almost my favorite item in bl3, the synergy with spark plug and bloodletter on moze is the most fun I’ve ever had playing that game

Gearbox should really stop fearing people will break their game. for how rare some of the legendaries are, it should be encourged. any dev wants people to play more of their game. if there was an insane farmable weapon so rare that breaks the game with god-like power, so be it!

Yeah i dont think it will happen on the account of they nerf builds and guns constantly for some reason stating well its not fun if you join an online coop mission and one person is just busted or if everyone ony plays flakk cause he kills bosses the fastest ect ect basically what they could do is open up the legendary pearl part pool on anything of a certain value say uniques and up right and you could have these supper powerful guns whats more is you could even farm full Frankensteins say like you get a unique dahl body with a legendary barel a pearlescent stock a legendary scope a unique mag and a legendary charm where this thing has 5+ special effects and ungodly stats but each thing is like a 1/1000 roll so like getting the exact weapon you want might be depending on how many parts a gun has like a one in quintiĺion drop or something

It's honestly quite hilarious that the best mechanic in Borderlands 1 was an accident! Personally, I've only ever gotten the TK's Bulldog to drop. Which is just a TK's wave with 20 shots. Definitely the most boring hybrid weapon.

The only worse one of the bunch is the Cyclops scope on Kyros' rifle and its not even worth using since most of the areas are CQB or medium range engagements. (The invader sniper is meant to be called the Executioner, someone at gearbox fudged the names on few specific oranges)

Such an amazing video! Been playing bl1 since day one and only ever had 2 hybrids drop! Never really farmed too much, however. Such a cool feature in this series!

I honestly wished hybrids were a thing in all of the games. I love farming in BL games and I love farming the super rare stuff.

Imagine if hybrids are brought back on purpose in BL4, and instead of just mixing guns, it’s creates a new one between them Like think of this, nukem barrel+pyrophobia magazine= a new gun I’m calling the supernova, normal nukem shot but the splash occurs multiple times over 5 seconds

I farmed the Ajax ogre for 3 days and finally got it, I ran up stairs to get my brother and I recorded it on Snapchat. I was 20 years olds. This was 5 years ago and I still go back and farm on that same account

the “seventh ghost” absolutely isnt a hybrid gun, its got nothing in common with the kings call its just easy to clone other objects when making guns rather than setting up from scratch so they probably cloned stuff from the roguesight since it also reveals stuff on ads calling it a hybrid is like saying the free radical is a carrier beacon hybrid

The Florentine from Borderlands 2 is a purchasable Elemental Hybrid with Seraph Crystals in The Captain Scarlett DLC. Maybe not a traditional..ish Hybrid but a welcome one in UVHM or all modes really.

21:00 And the Barrel_SS_L is the second beta version of Seventh Sence that you can see in trailer for DLC2. It uses the green transparent Ghost skin and kinda works like Queen's call with Ice Queen effect. I can send you the save edit code.

Minor correction: the Rogue-Sight has homing bullets as well, not just being able to see the marks during the mission.

Funnily enough, I decided to try to see if there was a shortcut for the Reaver’s Edge Penetrator, and managed to find one provided you had access to the Scorpio Turret and more importantly (though scumy I guess) an unbreakable shield, in which you place your turret close to the torch that’s underneath the red chest near Reaver’s spawn and throw a grenade at the base of the turret where the grenade would than duplicate and should launch you high enough to reach a narrow “path” allowing to to reach Reaver with only having to fight the enemies that guard Reaver, so believe it or not there is shortcut, just one that I don’t think anyone else thought of. Anyways you are welcome to try if you like, though I’m not sure if it would work on the remastered version, please let me know if I am right or wrong, as I am curious. P.S. I don’t remember who, but got the shield (& shotgun) from a random player at some point a few years ago, as I’m not good at modding nor owned a computer at the time, and at the time didn’t know it was possible to get modded weapons on console, anyway, you giant serving of word pasta has now been served, best enjoy it while it’s hot. 😀👍
