What is KINSTRETCH?? (Mobility Training)
Hello I have a question, is it normal when you are extremely stiff and you start to slowly move your body again, that it hurts afterwards?
Really interesting. Thank you
i hope you see and answer this. i’m in training to be a super athlete and know i need this. can i use my hand to provide more resistance i feel like i could flexibility so i dont feel it like i think i should
Hi @Amir. Love your content? Why have you stopped posting on TH-cam?😊
This scares the life out of my ankles after breaking and dislocating my ankle trail running. Had to have metal work in my ankle. I'm not sure it will ever be able to do that, especially as the screws are too close to the surface and hurts when I accidentally bump them against anything.
You're gonna be one cool old man some day
Perfect video
Thank you
What brand of shoes are you wearing?
Thanks!
Love this thanks I am an old physio graduated pre CARS LOVE 👍🏿
I enjoyed it very much thanks, you folks make this stuff interesting and enjoyable, very nice;
Yep, I enjoyed it, peace to you................
I enjoyed it, thanks:
Especially love the car wash and dishwasher 😆🙌🏼🙌🏼
You’re amazing…😆🤩 I wanna do this! I’m working on it..
On the sitting down hip stretches (20 minutes in), if the hip is clicking, should I back off the stretch?
Love these! I’ve had crap mobility in my shoulders, but I’m feeling improvement, just in this past week of starting these movements 🎉
This content is 🔥
I’ve followed This video 3 times now and it has convinced me to buy the subscription. Well worth it!
This is AMAZINGGGGGG content. I have tight hips from track and tennis and this was TOPPPP TIERRRRR!
Ik I have a pinched nerve but don’t have it to get it fixed rn. I did this because as of lately it’s been getting worse. I felt pinching in my thumb I never felt before.
This is amazing. Thank you.
I signed up this week and I am committing to doing some everyday on my lunch hour. I am 71, but recently got certified as a kettlebell instructor. Thoracic mobility is my big challenge and it makes some kettlebell basics difficult like the Turkish Get up. I also hope it will improve my shoulder mobility for swimming. The videos are well done, and I see that you also do other things that I do like Indian Clubs and Rope Flow. Hopefully we can take out some of the kinks I got running ultra marathons.
When you say full body tension, are you meaning irradiation throughout the whole body with this exercise as well? Thanks!
What is you start getting cramps doing this?
do you feel someone in relatively good shape at 62 yo could do these exercises?
So beautifully executed ❤😮😊
You're perfectly blessed. Jesus's return is my only Hope to be able to move like that😂❤🎉❤😊
Ooo do one carrying groceries up stairs, that’s me trying to protect my knees 😅
I wonder if you can help me please? I am suffering with a bad back, which I injured 2 times already, not so long ago. I have now got pain, Every time I put pressure on my left leg and shooting up the top (in my groin area) is there anything, exercise wise that I can do to strengthen and improve my body? Awaiting your response.
That was super worthwhile, thank you so much, a good starting spot :)
The laundry. That’s too funny! Lol
Man , you are a blessing 🙏
How many to do?
45 y.o with lower back and smidge of hip pain. Thats was amazing! New sub!
This feels good! 🎉
If you stop short in the range of motion to bypass wherever we have pain, will we eventually achieve a pain-free full range of motion if we keep at it? Or are we forever stuck in that limited range?
😂😂😂
Is it possible to do progressive overload here? If so, what is the most effective way?
good one
How can the intensity be increased here? And how often do you recommend doing it?
Kettle-water swings.. #instantclassic
love this you explain it very well at a great pace in sync with controlled movement
one question: should we do it before ouer exercise program,or after' or at rescue days? please kindly advise.
Does the course also beep with strength? I’ve been doing calisthenics for about a month. B4 this I just golfed ones week and did light exercises a once a week. But this sounds interesting. Sort of what I’ve been doing with my calisthenics course… but on a deeper level and I see you provide a lot more detail compared to the short videos I’ve been watching- that just show the exercise being done from a couple angles during the set time (“better me app-calisthenics focused”- to be specific)
How do these not have millions of views?
Wonderful! Thank you. I'll be sharing your mobility membership with my students. It's a great foundation for all the other things we do. 🥰
WOW ..I knew I was unconditioned but I so need to mobilise! QUESTION ❓❓ If I can feel a weakness on one side ,do I work both sides to their safe maximum or reduce the movement on the stronger side with the aim to equalise the mobility??
