I signed up this week and I am committing to doing some everyday on my lunch hour. I am 71, but recently got certified as a kettlebell instructor. Thoracic mobility is my big challenge and it makes some kettlebell basics difficult like the Turkish Get up. I also hope it will improve my shoulder mobility for swimming. The videos are well done, and I see that you also do other things that I do like Indian Clubs and Rope Flow. Hopefully we can take out some of the kinks I got running ultra marathons.
I had rhabdomylosis in 2019, I keep getting nerve pains and I have been stuck in bed since March 2023. I am on odsp for spinal osteoarthritis, degenerative disks (6) l6 and down, I'm on disability but I'm struggling and hate my pain meds (morphine, baclofen, lyrica, dilaudid 16mg daily which isn't enough, and clonazepam < it's fucked me mentally. I need help, I need help
I struggle too. It’s more important to turn to the truth and accept what is done for you already then the struggle you’re going through. I tell my dad who suffers with some of your symptoms that is only bluff .. it hard to get over the feelings yet if turn to the Truth you’ll find the Way and and the Life will restore you.
Hi Beard I want to start your program but I suffer from Sacroiliac joint pain on my left. I get by with direct joint pain injections. Chiropractor and pyshio doesn’t seem to help.. Is there a specific set of exercises you recommend in your program to target this area so I can move onto full body. I’m only 49 and have declined significantly. Use to be very active BJJ and body weight training. In 2 yrs this has all gone away. Please help

Hello I have a question, is it normal when you are extremely stiff and you start to slowly move your body again, that it hurts afterwards?
