    Hey mate love your stuff, but wondering if you'd ever consider a tiered pricing for your membership or even one off prices for a specific routine. Like full body PDF for a 6-8 week routine.

    Hahahaha I had a meniscus tear and am trying this, my knee sounds like Rice Krispies and pop rocks! Hilarious. It only gets better from here and I trust the process and believe in building up flexibility and mobility. Thank you so much 🙏🏻

      Hi, I had the same problem in the past. Did this work for you and did you find other helpful exercises?

    Bro, you're simply amazing. Thanks for sharing your knowledge. I have lateral patella, a sudden movement with no force can cause slight "alignment" issue. Which comes with discomfort or pain.
    Your exercises, movements literally lead back my knee cup in to the right groove. Keep up with the good work!

      how did you learn you had this? Is it something a doctor or physical therapist can "diagnose"? I have issue with my knees where I feel like I have to be careful if I "step wrong", or even sleeping on it, I wake to find my knee feels like it's been twisted wrongly and I have to use my hands to support my knee area before I turn. It's scary, but not sure what causes it or what it's called.

      @rls2229 well, a knee specialist told me. I recommend to see one to get advice. My story in nutshell, I was squatting, and when I got up I felt a discomfort in my knee, I shook my leg and moved on. Next day pain and discomfort limited movement in my knee. I missed one day from my trainings, I did only walk on field. It didn't get any better. The pain went all around my knee cup, and the discomfort sticked around. I went to see the specialist, he said I over used my vastus lateralis and its in constant use and tight. Advised me to do yoga roll exercises, focus on the affected area and every where. I followed the advice and learned about knee anatomy too. With my new knowledge I decided to add stretching, mobility to my daily routine and it helped me, took me 6 months and now I use only kinezo tape on my knee. Sometimes it's still clicks here and there but no more pain, discomfort or tight muscle.

    So hard! I didn't even know knees could move that way haha. I could do it easy enough with heel on the ground, but not at all up in the air. So weird

      The knees are typically the hardest joint to control for people. It'll get much better with practice and repetition

    Wow! This is so hard haha. Will definitely practice more! Is this also a good one for improving patella tendinitis?

    Probably the most difficult one for me out of the playlist, I kept feeling the motions more in my hips😢

    Explain what this works im curious? Does this help with unlocking more range for knee bending? My range is poop cant sit on my ankles , nor can i do butt kicks due to lack of range

      CARs are great for influencing blood and nutrients to the capsular tissue (to keep the tissue healthy), improving body control, maintaining current ranges of motion, and self-assessing your range/control at that specific joint.

    Would this be suitable if the knee has a pre-existing injury - partial meniscus & acl tear?

    I've had a full knee replacement, can I safely attempt this?

    • @Angelathibert1
      @Angelathibert1 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      I’m not a doctor or anything so this is not professional advice lol. But after total hip replacements I believe there is no range of motion restriction, like there are with partials. I would assume that’s the same. But it’s best to follow up with your doctor or if you still have an info pack from after your knee replacement surgery it should give direction on range of motion there.
