Summiting with friends
In November 2022, my friends Kareen and Jaye decided to take on the challenge of climbing the country’s highest peak. To help them prepare, I invited two of my closest climbing buddies-Ate Rizza and Anggat-to join us on a trek up one of the most accessible mountains in the area. Our goal was to build their endurance for the demanding ascent typical of Mt. Apo.
Having climbed Mt. Loay twice, I can attest that each mountain experience is unique. While I’m used to climbing either alone or with strangers, sharing the journey with friends adds a memorable and enjoyable dimension to the adventure. It’s these moments that we cherish and recount for years to come.

Magkano total na gastos?
Dahil from Davao ako, I had to spend on airfare and bus trip to Batangas Port back and forth + round trip ferry. All in all, nagastos ko dito is nasa 20k.
