It's not mad engineering. It's just engineering. You can get it in school or in a book. Use linear algebra or computer solvers for inverse kinematics after you have selected the appropriate mechanism.

Yeah, I've since done a couple other designs and I've found the limitations of script sizing and the pros and cons of each script font. If you've got an idea you'd like me to work with I'd love to build something for you. The custom valve covers are one of my favorite projects.

Thanks brother. This was the first Gen hinge. Designed the old school way of trial and error. The upcoming Gen 2 hinge I utilized AutoCAD and researched hinge dynamics
