You alright, bud?
Its sad that you dont see value in slower lifts, isometrics etc... Many athletes will get the fast movements in trough their sport, what they wont get is muscle hypertrophy, strength, power. Their tendons would benefit the most from slow strength exercises. I hope whatever you are doing is working for your athletes. Take care.
What if you could build the same strength without compromising speed? Ever wonder why you go to a high school track meet and everybody’s hurt with soft tissue injuries but you go to a little track meet and you hardly see any small kids hurt from running. I don’t see how people don’t correlate. the off-season programs have a lot to do with this. Now, since I was an actual off-season coach in a program for 13 years, I saw both sides of this.. I’m not just speaking out of my ass. I’ve coached over 3000 athletes in my coaching career. I watched this from the inside and from the outside.. and I’ve learned from two of the greatest trainers of all times.
@@Pow3rPlusI’m not going to lie, training using your methodology has made me faster. It also has kept me injury free from my lingering shin splints. I don’t have shin pain anymore when I move at speed of sport or faster while wearing minimalist shoes!!
What two trainers did you work with?

Could you include colored cones and call the colors so that even more mental agility is needed?

Which one soccer player and which ones boxer
I reckon the one with "soccer" written on their top is the soccer player. I think the other one might be the boxer...

What does this help with
Nervous system
We use that for thrower too
I had a question about the footwork you have your athletes do on the pvc pipes and the proprioception stuff. Would that help chronic Achilles tendinitis? Every morning I wake up it’s hard to walk and it takes forever to warm them up to do anything explosive, even things such as basic box jumps. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated, sir. Thank you for your videos. They are informative and groundbreaking .
Genuine question I’m a fighter is jumping rope working the same things in the toes and feet?
Could potentially be working similar aspects, but they’re doing different things. Remember the rope is our predicated on timing of the rope.. This is predicated on timing of the ground.
Crazy critique on someone who lives a high preforming athletic scale. Stay in you lane Craig 😂 but you may have a point when it comes to his current Achilles tendinitis 😅
This is my lane… I train world class athletes 🤷♂️
It works
This seems like a hating ass video, where he's not doing what you teach so it's automatically a 3/10. And I know that this is a youtube short, where you can't explain everything in detail, but you just completely shit on every single exercise. You said it's all basic as if that's bad, as if everything in life is not fundamentals. You shit on the high knees on the track because "you did it in high school", shit on heavy lifting because "that's why he's always hurt", shit on basic mobility work with really no explanation other than "I hate it. 3/10", and you even almost got some logic in there, saying "maybe these are warm up drills..." and then you go right back with, "I hate em. I wouldn't even do them for warmups." Finally, I'll just hate right back and ask, do you have any athletes in the NFL? Or better yet, any professional athlete at all?
What’s that goofy ass stutter step at the start of the video the Caffrey goofy ass Shuffle
Hating so hard
Great alternate use of the machine! I was thinking would a similar stimulus be attaching bands to a participant and the ground in some fashion and doing pogo jumps. Bands increase rate of stimulus with the ground and increasing band strength increases forces on the target muscles and tendons
Where can I find the full video ?
That don’t even look safe.. looks like an injury may occur 😂😂😂
This is the dumbest s*** I've ever seen can people wonder why people are always getting injured and wondering why they can never produce any real results because we got these dumb-ass want to be trainers that don't know what the f*** they're doing
I don’t think that’s how you use that…
