    Brian, I love everything you put out, but have a question for a strength position, ie what do you do for a defender who needs to guard a large Shaq type player? thanks in advance if you answer this

      @@binningsbent6630 we still strength train just differently. Shaq is a generational athlete. There’s not many players in the world that can handle him. That being said you’re gonna need more than just the weight room. He’s extremely fast also that’s what made him so difficult. Genetically, you would need to be some type of match and then you would have to be able to match his potency. I think Duncan and Hakeem would be good examples of this.
