for most athletecism we should do plyometrics often, even if one belives in slower things, each second periode at least do a focus on speed and each other periode something to get your other stuff like for fighting, atg style lengthening stuff and maybe on the other side weakpoints and weak links and some sliwer stuff to offset all the overly fast stuff. but not that slow and inbrtween the two sides. speed and elastic stuff. thats what i belive for mma. and each second week at least something fast
