Hey there. Can you do a video of what it looks like around the doors when they are open? And the hood and truck too? I want paint my black car to white after I do the bodywork.

I'm thinking about doing this to my 65 Comet Caliente. Not looking for a show car, just a nice 10-20 footer because it will be a daily driver.

That looks just awesome ,Ive done the same ,I polished and found that since there is no hardener in the paint its shine will die off and it will require maintenance waxing ,but thats the way all cars were back in the day ,so,,big deal ,and who doesnt like throwing some wax on their baby??..😅😅

Another vid had the car tire lowered on the subject tire for separation. I prefer that. Your wood cracked at the end plus other possible risks... Jus sayin

Shoot I did that in 1983 to a 1973 torino 2dr I bought from a farmer for $50 . The car was white when I bought it and 20 cans of medium ford blue , a bunch of old news papers and a couple rolls of masking tape .I had a beautiful medium blue torino with the starsky and hutch white Stripe. I jacked the backend up and put crager 50's on the back with cragers on the front ...beautiful car I should've kept it .......nice job on your 65 .

Im not hating but the only concern I have is all the dust flying around while you were spray painting that car I'm pretty sure you have specs stuck in the paint. Do you have to clear coat afterwards?

with my splitter tires that go flat and usually out of the bead of the rim , I take a ratchet strap around the center , to seal it enough to start air pressure to do the rest . not sure that kicking it shown at the end of the video would work for me . I was truley impressed that it seems to be that easy to remove and replace .. thanks , please go a little ferther and add the air to show me how you do it .

Oh man. Not goin the length of the panel, and multiple direction spraying was killing me.

The paint job looks good, but I don’t like the way he’s spraying in short strokes instead of going on the length of the truck and not spraying so heavy on the first coat but it looks good.

I painted my c10 with a roller. I ever cut the roof open a installed a moonroof. 68 awesome truck.
