Hello friends, This is part two of my trip to Faro, Portugal, for a BMW Motorrad Product Launch Training event. The day was all about off-roading and putting the F900 GS through its paces. Even though I've been riding for 6 years, I've never taken a bike off-road, and I immediately felt out of my comfort zone. Amazingly, the bike did all the hard work and stayed the right way up the whole day. ...

Which did you enjoy riding most the BMW R Nine T 100year edition or the Triumph Bobber? Thanks for uploading!
I have had my Bobber Black for 2 years now and it is stock currently other than a shortened from fender. However in wet weather it causes a spray over the bike and you if you are going quick enough. I have toyed with the idea of new slip-ons for a bit more noise but I am still unsure which ones to get as the note this bike currently has is very pleasing to the ear. I honestly can't see anything else I would like to change on this bike other than maybe the seat. It rides and looks phenomenal and I will never get rid of it. She is my forever bike. Great video by the way and good to see yet another lover of the Bobber! Good luck with your channel :)
I recently bought a Bobber. Based on thios video I bought the Triumph Waxed Cotton saddlebags. The waxed cotton material is black, but the leather part is dark reddish-brown. Depending on the light, it might look black but in broad daylight the leather part is dark brown-reddish. IMO these bags are function but the leather looks terrible due to the weird color. I contacted Triumph because they call these bags Waxed Cotton Pannier black, but they said the word black only applies to the cotton material, not the leather part. That's the dubest answer I can imagine. I'm really disappointed with Triumph's response.
Is the seat a problem, meaning do you slide front and back? I love the Triumph seats because they have a grip and you don’t slide while riding.
I would have watched it, but sitting through 1 minute thirty seconds of shadverts for lanoguard is more than I can take
On the Twin P=1 is max power…Tour defaults to max…
Have I completely misunderstood these rings then? So the one highlighted section of four in tour mode means?
@@TheBritishMotorbiker Yes - You have. It`s fine for me, however, what is the point of introducing a bike when you say things not as they are.
Oh well, what’s done is done. You can understand why I interpreted it in that way. The whole design is pretty poor if you ask me. Perhaps Honda should go back to the drawing board with that one.
Indeed. Thank you for you attempt though. Enjoy this amazing bike.
Thank you for bringing this to my attention. I will most likely upload a short video correcting my mistake. Cheers.
Very nice review but the clutch fluid doesn't look very good
Maybe cut out the gate bit and have more filming of riding the bike?
Plenty of riding footage to come. Thanks for watching
We are spoiled with multiple videos this week 😧
More to come! I'm so far behind, but I've finally given myself the time to get back up to speed. Enjoy!
Well done, great vid.
Thank you. I appreciate you taking the time to watch.
Another wonderful video, getting so excited to see you make your way to Isle of Man now! ☺️
Thank you!
Lovely video, well done! As an owner of a CCM Stealth Bobber I agree entirely with everything you say!……you do get used to the side stand! I don’t keep mine in the front room!…it’s meant to be used and enjoyed. I’ve done weekends away with other bikes, love it!
Oh Tuesday surprise vid 👀
I hope you enjoy it!
So exciting to see you ride this bike and can’t wait to see the following videos of you going to Isle of Man! 🎉
It was such an amazing trip. Glad to finally be sharing it with everyone on TH-cam.
Stunning bike that, great paint !!
It really is!
Cool
Thanks for watching :)
What capacity is it? Sounds like its around the 400 mark?
It’s a 600cc single-cylinder
Do you have a speedometer in miles?
Yes, why?
The only essential mod is a C o C springer kit for the seat.
I'm not familiar with them. They look good though :)
@ Like many owners, I found the Bobber ride too hard for any decent mileage. I changed the seat for a Triumph comfort seat, tried adding a seat cushion and upgraded the rear shock. After a few hours riding, over our poorly maintained roads in the Dales, it was still uncomfortable. Finally I heard of the springer kit and fitted that. The transformation is amazing. Upgrading the shock and changing the seat aren’t necessary. Fitting the springer seat is all that’s needed.
If your bike spends more time in the garage than on the road, then yes chop the fenders, and make the lights tiny. If you actually do any mileage then extend the front fender.
Not my style at all, and I ride all year round :)
I’d love to see somewhat modified version where the bike has a rack and panniers. I would be nice to see the top speed go up to 80-90 mph and better range on the battery.
That sounds very cool, and I'm sure they're already working on it. Why would it need to be 80-90 mph, when national speed limit is 70?
This is my dream bike, love the way you ride it on the beautiful country lanes 😍
It will be yours one day 🥰
Isn't this bike asmr? 🙂
I suppose you could call it that 🙂
They look fun. I love the details though i dont think they sell them in the states. If they did and if they were $6k id pick one up.
They're honestly such a laugh. I'm sure you could import one if you wanted, but it wouldn't be cheap!
Outstanding enthusiasm and passion mate! Great video, we love to see it! 🫶🏻
Thanks buddy, I was getting pretty carried away with this one :)
Mmmmmm
Great review. I had the original Beeline and found that the black 'rubber bands' perished with time. luckily I spotted this before they snapped. With this in mind I bought the handlebar mount for my Beeline Moto 2
Thank you for watching. That's interesting to hear about the bands; mine seem to be holding up pretty well. How long would you say yours lasted? Ah yes, those mounts do look handy. Let me know how you get on with it after a few months of use :)
Looks like a lot of fun!
Great fun :)
What handlebars do you have
Hey Nick, these are the Renthal 7/8" Handlebar - 754 Road Low. I hope that helps.
@@TheBritishMotorbikernice thanks! They look nice. Was install easy?
Lovely video mate, good to see you back 😁
Thanks for taking the time to watch, Ray :)
It’s my dream bike 😍
It's the perfect bike for you!
Weekend entertainment sorted! ☺️
Yay! Thanks for the support
First rides off road!!!? amazing effort. Going there with Simon and the team in Feb and buying my own 900 tomorrow. well done dude.
Thank you so much. My heart was beating at an insane bpm for most of the ride, but I had so much fun. You'll love it, I'm sure, and congratulations on the new bike :)
Cheers! ride safe.
This bikes looks sick af! Whats your verdict? According to your TH-cam Profile Pic I´d say you liked the Tribute Pro better than the Sport Pro? What differences did you notice? Thanks man!
I absolutely adore the 1100s. They have so much character and aggression, and they look insanely cool. You never see them on the road either, which sets them apart from the 800. I'm still torn between the two. They have a different suspension and handlebar setup, but other than that, they're pretty much the same bike. There is something awesome about the Giallo Ocra livery.
Nice ride! Do you think, the bike has enought power with its "only" 86 HP? Rivals offer way more like the Speed Twin 1200 or the R nineT? THank you ;)
Hey, thanks for the comment. Those bikes definitely offer more power and speed, but this bike can still comfortably sit on the motorway at speed and overtake when needed. Of the three, I would say the 1100 is the most fun to ride.
@@TheBritishMotorbiker Thank you! Is it the 2021 Euro5 or Euro4 Modell from 2020?
I have mine, and it's dogshit. As soon as I start riding it freezes
Oh dear, I'm sorry to hear that. Does it just freeze or does it come up with an error message?
@TheBritishMotorbiker Only freezes :(
Wow 🔥
I hope you liked the video :)
Great review. I have a few quick question though, do you have to keep the phone screen awake during navigating? Also how much phone’s battery will it consume while navigating, is it significant?
Thank you for watching, and I'm sorry for the tardy reply. No, once you have set up your route, you can lock your phone and put it away out of mind. As for battery consumption, it's very little.
The best product review I've ever seen.
Blimey, thank you so much!
Thanks for the review! I’ve ordered one and it arrives in a week. It’s lovely to be able to buy a British built bike from a young enthusiastic company!
That’s wonderful news! I hope you enjoy your new purchase ☺️
The entire time you were talking you could have been showing the bike. Downvoted for that.
How pathetic
Sounds like a powerboat. Too bad you can’t wear wingtips with it
Absolutely love this bike. What a sexy machine
It’s gorgeous
Ape hangers, heated grips, galfer brake disc's, King cobra seat in black and possibly the rear fender mod but its a real faff apparently, to do.
Sounds great
With that money , Would like to own a M1000R for sure
Oh wow, a very different machine altogether
If the single seat is holding you back, they do offer a dual comfort seat and rear peg kit so you can take on a rider.
I genuinely had no idea that was an option on the Thruxton. Thanks for letting me know.
There aren't many motorcycles with heaters for your legs. Very clever design 😅
Beautiful! Spectacular way to handle it. I love this bike.
Great bike for whizzing around the city!
It sure is! ☺️
So it can be started on the sidestand.
As far as I’m aware, any motorcycle can be started on the side stand. It just has to be in neutral
