What is the roll out switch do?

I have the same furnace it heats for about 5 minutes yellow light goes out blower shuts off furnace is still running yellow light comes back on blower turns on finishes heating home to temp on thermostat then shut off any ideas why blower is going off and on thanks

Why you replace the burner you suppose to just clean the burner. Did you ask AO Smith and they send you new parts no charge? I got a 2020.

The furnace repair man is at my house right now telling me he is 100% sure that the spider in my 3 year old Coleman furnace has a spider in it. Now I know how to fix it next year!

That's an early 70's Heil-Quaker, could be sold under Heil, Whirlpool, or Sears. Later years that used this general design had a plastic top grille, which was notorious for breaking.

Really great video, showed all that important areas of removal and replacement. Cheater bar was a nice addition. Made two, one longer and one shorter to get that extra rotation in. Thank you. Less than 3 years old. Just don’t make them like they used to.

I wonder if this is what I need to do. I live in an older mobile home with a Coleman 7656A furnace. It’s like a two part system. It will ignite but will turn off after a couple minutes. The furnace won’t ever kick on

I have the exact same furnace and am working on it now. I bought a new pilot for it too but it looks a bit different and the fittings are different. Is it still okay to use? Are they universal?

I have a problem i did what you did worked fired up then smoke was coming out that wire hole panicked shut it off undid everything looked seemed fine went to run it again it sparked and kicked breaker i open it up 2x and ignition wire was touching side of furnace and basicly soudered itself i pull it off fixed it made sure nothing was touching. Started up again nothing happening now it blinking 3 times. Did i fuck up bad or if it fixable still i wasnt having pressure switch problems at first

I've watched a few videos of installing the hot surface igniter and even cleaning them. I never see a gasket on the plate that the burner assembly is attached to. Is is not necessary to have a gasket on this plate? I believe there is one available for this plate.

Wow, I searched for what seemed like an eternity for a TH-cam video showing the replacement steps for my Rheem Burner Assembly (Part # SP20151) for my Model PROG48-40U RH58. Thank you for posting this video. You might want to add part numbers and model numbers of the water heater so you get more views.Again, really a godsend video!

My pilet is on with a small flame. not flaming up and kicking blower on until i reset the furnace. What's wrong? Tks

I just replaced my gas valve and hot surface igniter and still had a low flame code. Just about to give up and call a tech and I found your video. The orfice on my furnace looked just like yours, nasty old spider web in there. thanks for saving me a few hundred bucks on a tech call. Fixed it and heating fine now !

I had a similar issue replace the compressor and the same thing happen 2 days later

Mine isn't leaking with only 3 screws, but im definitely going to replace all 4 with better ones.
