Audible will only allow the KDP AI-generated content. I haven't heard any word yet if they'll open that option to other avenues like ACX or Findaway Voices.

@selfpubwithdale well too bad for them not having my literary masterpieces in audio form.. ha

@selfpubwithdale ACX is for human narrators, and KDP will be/is for AI narration (no Promo Codes, however...) I'd stay away from Findaway Voices. They are allowing (unbeknownst to them) AI narrated books on their platform created by Eleven Labs (these can not get through ACX filters, thankfully). There is a flood of them on Spotify et al. This could be a PR nightmare going forward for Spotify.

@canaday2k I create in 11 labs and it us far more better then the AI narration that KDP uses.. I've heard these books .. completely terrible. I'm over at discord with self publishing with Dale.. we have an audio books feed .. tons of great convos

Buc-ee's is an interesting experience. It's like someone saw the normal gas station pit stops and was like, "We need this to be closer to a Walmart or Target." Can't wait to see where they pop up.

@@e-care-books9867 Oh no kidding? I used to wrestle in that city quite a bit. Dynamic Championship Wrestling. I had a few friends who lived in and around Huber Heights and have great memories from my time there around 2007 to 2008. Sounds like I need to pay them a visit soon.
