    The labeling has got to be stripped. It encourages the growth of the trauma and negative experiences. Healing needs to be at the root not just the scars

    It has been several years since this video was done , may i ask how has this position evolved thus far? I believe that the healing is necessary, for the youth and their families and all units incorporated. This is a big feat but we as humans are ever evolving it is bound to become reality.

    There was a time when self sufficiency was implicitly expected of Americans. Those who didn’t were called bums, hobos, derelicts, vagrants, etc. We more recently have excused drug addiction, lack of work ethic, criminality, etc under a therapeutic agenda, rather than as a moral failing. Homelessness is now being subsidized, which of course only encourages more.

    The intro video was VERY good! It pulled me right in. I can realize how my mother and brother were affected by the traumatic stress brought on by different system policies. I can give examples in my life but they’re very painful to be aware of for me 😢 Thank you for this video!
