As compared, Noida provides better options with reasonable pricing, greener spaces, and a more balanced lifestyle. Prioritizing quality of life and value for money, exploring Noida or nearby areas might be a wiser choice than investing in this project.

If the price exceeds ₹10,000 per sqft, people will lose interest, which could be a major setback for Prestige’s first project in NCR.

What would be the price if this is launched in sector 75 Noida?
Difficult to predict, if the same project was to launched in Sector 75 Noida, the launch price would have been close to 16,000 rs per square foot.
