    Good analysis. Ace Estate plots ke price's ne pure Yamuna Expressway townships ka mahool kharab kar diya. 1.15 lakhs per square yard is not justifiable price as per all current scenario as i evaluate. Better to buy in another township in this price point. Plot dimensions bhi acche nahin Ace Estate ke. Ace ke marketing acchi hai bas isliye broker/seller market main ek haath main tail aur ek haath main chuna leke baithe hain, jis bande ko idea nahi hota ussi hisab se tail ya chuna laga diya diya jaata hain 😅😊 As well you have to pay few percentage of amount as B part in the name of EOI / Booking as i heard in market. Totally mashup system of Ace. Ace Estate develop hone main abhi bahut time lagega and their are lots of things which needs to shorted in this project. Not worth to buy at the price of 1.15 to 1.30 lakh per square yard. Ace Estate ka FAR ratio bhi kam hain as comparison to Greenbay. Congested bhi hain.

    Without GYC plots this comparison seems incomplete.

      GYC is not a premium township neither planned well, several smaller size plots less than 150 makes it more lime a Mohalla than a township

      @@kapillakhwara less knowledge is dangerous. What's the width of roads in these so called premium plotted developments?
      GYC is much diverse as it has small plots in 7th park view, but 3rd park view has 90ft wide roads with 30 ft green belt in between and plot sizes are 150-200 sq yard.
      The amount of open and common space in GYC is unseen in any builder project so far.

      @@em_india Most of the roads size in GYC is 9 meter in front of 150 square yard plots, but yes in front of few plots you will get 3 meter wide green belt. Where as in GreenBay you will get 12 meter wide roads.
