    QUALITY content as always :) Your research and study is pretty deep and hitting all the right spots, no non-sense. Just a minor feedback, Gulshan Avante's drone shots seems to be bit old, its construction has really shaped well in last few months highlighting the build quality and grace

    Arihant one is also competing there, location is better for maesta but overall amenities looks better for arihant one and it's structure is complete

      @@ashishnam134 Its a drawback for whole NCR region. This is not a builder or project specific drawback, I think thats why skipped in the project review. It might be relevant when reviewing about NCR as a whole or comparing with other regions.

    very small land parcel, so despite all efforts it is very unlikely that any project of 3.7 acres can give luxury feeling

Additionally, they have optimised the ground floor by avoiding internal roads, which helps reduce wastage and maximise the utility area. However, with a larger plot, CRC Maesta could have offered even better features.

    max loading ib 2295 sqft unit is 46.6% which is huge or max in greater noida west , please correct your comment on max loading 44%
