      Please make a video for residential property development of Sector-22 D Yamuna Expressway in future with these points-
      -Economic benefits for property owners-flat & plots (100 sq yd etc)
      -ROI & when the customer can get that benefit-5 yrs or 10 yrs from now?
      -What kind of other commercial & residential projects will start soon to make this sector develop fast & attract more investment?
      -Registry of properties
      -OC
      -What kind of buyers will purchase resale properties
      -Future of SuperTech Golf Country (Both current residential & commercial plot owners), registry
      -Future of ATS Allure (current residential flat owners)
      -Attitude of YIEDA/Noida Authority & Builders nexus towards current owners-When will life be like a city here.
      I ask these points as Sector 22 D is near F1 Track & other Jaypee projects etc and here the development was supposed to happen from 2014.

    Please mention other charges which are insane,and effective price come near about 9500 to 10k, also future development, mean it will take 7-8 year to be completed.also payment plan is not good, wave success has been low to midrise development,so far.

      You are right on the other charges but the entire project might not take more than of 5 years even after including the future towers.

    The park is common for Wave Veridia, Eligo and Eden so don't think it exclusive park
