Tirzepatide has worked very, very well for me. I started tirzeptide on Feb 21. I took the 4 week steps (2.5, 5.0, 7.5, and then 10mg) and have stayed at 10mg. As of today (June 4) my current weight loss is 57 pounds (258 -> 201) and I lose 2-3 pounds a week just like clockwork. Just 11 more pounds to go until my goal of 190. I keep my calories to less than 1200 a day, I take a good multi-vitamin, I walk 4-5 miles, and I only allow myself to eat between 1pm and 7pm. I feel fantastic.

I've been on it for a full month. I started on March 1st @ 203.8. Today is March 31st and I am 190.0 lbs. So a loss of 13.8 lbs total. I've had zero side effects. I started at .25mg of Ozempic for 3 full weeks. On the 4th Friday (this last past Friday), they had me go up to .5mg. I still have zero side effects. I'm on the Ozempic pen. But, I have one tiny issue. I am so constipated! Oh, girl. I'm ordering some psyllium husk from Amazon tomorrow. It has decreased my appetite but I still have head hunger, the food noise.
