Hey girl! New sub here!! I have a channel too... I do hauls and cooking videos. I haven't talked about my Ozempic journey... yet... but think I will make a video tomorrow. I just took my 3rd shot this past Friday. I'm still on .25 mg. I don't bump up to .5 until week 5. I am so constipated! I ordered some stool softener off Amazon that came today. Maybe that will help.
My insurance does pay for it... but my copay is around $200 a month, but I get a 3 month supply at a time. On the .25 mg that I'm on currently, I can't tell a difference at all and so far have not lost a lb. But I'm thinking I just need a higher dose. I'm going to hang in there!! So glad I found you, we can do this journey together!

First off hey! 👋 welcome! ❤ congratulations on starting your journey. Remember everybodys BODY is different. For me honeslty I've been more regular than EVER! Maybe TMI but I use to go like 3-5 DAYS then 2 days none stop. Since starting I don't go 1 day without going 🤯 I do take 3 fiber gummies a day cause I heard about the constipation problem. I have not! My goal is to lose 100-130. I am severely obese according to my bmi I technically should be 105-110lbs. That just WONT happen & I think my body looks healthiest around 130. Its not a race, so when I get there I get there.

Is the lab work for a condition you may have, or ..? I'm not doing lab work. I'm actually not even aware that I need to do lab work. I'm just doing it for weight loss. Can you explain that? Now I'm concerned.

So I am just doing it for weightloss as well. They may have ordered it because I haven't had blood work in 12 months? Its definitely something to look into. 👀 I think even if they didn't order it, maybe get it anyway just to see if theres any changes in anything
