Tirzepatide has worked very, very well for me. I started tirzeptide on Feb 21. I took the 4 week steps (2.5, 5.0, 7.5, and then 10mg) and have stayed at 10mg. As of today (June 4) my current weight loss is 57 pounds (258 -> 201) and I lose 2-3 pounds a week just like clockwork. Just 11 more pounds to go until my goal of 190. I keep my calories to less than 1200 a day, I take a good multi-vitamin, I walk 4-5 miles, and I only allow myself to eat between 1pm and 7pm. I feel fantastic.
Like you I've been on Semiglutide for 3months and lost 15 lbs in first 2 months at lowest dose but nothing since even after increasing dose last month. I still have a month more prepaid at this dose but if I get no more weight reduction I plan to switch to Tirzepetide instead of continuing with semeglutide. Will do and yeah I was at a stand still & Trizepatide is more effective as well. So we will see
I’m so discouraged. I’m fixing to take my 3rd injection of Trizepetide & all I’ve lost is one measly pound. I work out four times a week which I have to make myself do. I sure pray this stuff kicks in!
