Oh God, girl. Constipation is the bain of my existence. I'm on 1mg Ozempic, so on my 3rd increased dose. I'm taking psyllium husk, stool softeners, and eating chia seeds, prunes, and baby food prunes. TMI I'm sorry, it's like going every 5 days. Other than that, nothing, no nausea. I hope you do well girlfriend!
