diastasis. its not "just a gap" its a diastasis. the fact that he didnt use that word bothers me - he clearly doesnt know. it can happen again. needs therapy to fix body postures and habits and movements. watch out for the shame game... shame is not motivating, and you seem to carry a lot of that with your own health. :( somatic symptom disorder is the same thing i had in 2019 and early 2020...

hyperbolic chamber sounds like its increasing the oxygen, which connects to stuff i look into about breathing deeper and better to increase the bodys ability to actually USE the oxygen... we breathe all wrong and it actually over oxygenates the body, which means with each breath we use less of the oxygen we're breathing because we're breathing too much of it. actually training the body to breathe thru the nose, not the mouth, and to train the body to breathe less of it to use more of it, its like a cup, you can only fill a cup so full before it spills over, you can only breathe so much oxygen before the body has to toss some out because its too much. AND stimulating the vagas nerve by nose breathing helps the heart, lungs and digestion and whatnot... yep. obsessive. does it make any difference if the water is warm instead of cold? that is so strange. somebody has to have researched that by now you would think... how about adding lemon? or even apple cider vinegar, not for the flavor of course but its good for the gut? these are the kinds of updates the gofundme needs - you should write something up since you're on the "team" on gofundme, you can write updates.

I had a Covid test earlier today. Wish me luck! I am always amazed at how stress can affect our bodies. It's just incredible! Happy Birthday to the G-Baby! I know it stinks to pay for water but have you tried Spring Water? I tolerate it much better. I'm glad you got to travel to see the Snow Geese. Taking a little time for yourself can help with your stress levels. Unfortunately, my trip was cancelled. You will here more about that in my next video. God is good! Take care my friend!

Continued prayers for your daughter and your whole family, I have to drink out of a straw to get more liquid in, it hurts my stomach but it's better than being dehydrated, and I hate drinking water always have so I use great value drink enhancers, gatorade o and flavored waters, l had some friends come by I haven't seen for a while and they thought I was too skinny, I weigh 134 to 136....

oh no anxiety and panic... yes, anxiety can cause that. things ive learned! somatic symptom disorder. i was struggling with this so badly last year, it was AWFUL. it took over my life. every single symptom was something. i had to "take every thought captive" ... but i couldnt do that without jennifer schwirzer's help - thanks to how God works through her. mom shes amaaaazing.

I am watching this on March 6th, I made cabbage soup to jump start my weight loss again I have to see my bariatric dr next Wednesday so hopefully I can drop 5 pounds before then, my down fall is I made pumpkin butter although it's sugar free made, and girl scout cookies, ugh....made my son eat those for me, lol
