diastasis. its not "just a gap" its a diastasis. the fact that he didnt use that word bothers me - he clearly doesnt know. it can happen again. needs therapy to fix body postures and habits and movements. watch out for the shame game... shame is not motivating, and you seem to carry a lot of that with your own health. :( somatic symptom disorder is the same thing i had in 2019 and early 2020...

Where is Mini Me in Tennessee. I watched her for a year before my Gastric Bypass surgery and now i never see anything from her anymore?
