yeah im not sure i like how you're talking about it. it doesnt seem healthy... but i guess time will tell. you're going to just keep picking yourself apart and looking for more. its addicting you know. its not how many steps, its how you're walking. if you are tucking your pelvis, or rocking it forward, youre going to pull muscles in your legs in wrong directions.. i just got over a knee injury due to walking wrong and not stretching, i have tight muscles in the front of my thighs that pull in my knee... anyway. i have to walk differently. im trying to be more conscious. you really should work with the tummy team and fit2b. just because you've had surgery doesnt mean your body and muscles are fixed. you still have to do the work, and walking, especially disfunctionally, isnt gonna cut it.
BRANDS are all different sizes. even a walmart levi is a different size than a jcpenny levi from a levi from a levi store... all sizes are not the same.
just think. how you feel about your body is how us kids end up feeling about our bodies. its not okay. i refuse to follow suit, but its really hard when all of a sudden moms a surgery fixed up skinny chick. you're picking yourself apart. and us kids and our kids hear you talk about your body this way and that ends up being a voice in all of our heads... who cares if you have skin under your chin or anywhere else? you are the only one. and how you feel about it is mental health, not physical. you cant do anything about the past. lamenting it wont heal it. all the "hurts" can be from disfunction in your body! all the disfunction ive been talking about for years. your hips especially - they were affected by your diastasis. half the muscles they sewed together come from your hips. argh. ive been telling you this.
