i found out after wisdom teeth that im allergic to ibuprofen. hives everywhere. i thought you said you were allergic to codine and they gave you something with codine in it ? im like that too. use as little meds as possible.
i said this once before, i think when you remove the skin, you actually FEEL different. its like a closing of a chapter. you'd think with that kind of result, there should be medical support for insurance to cover the surgery...
oh no :( :( i think he came to my grad party too.. :( so sad. but i forgot his name!! i can even see his face from a long ago picture.... :( heartbreaking. fit2b also does a lot of talk about working your scar tissue - rubbing it . this brings blood flow to the area, can help prevent adhesion to other organs and whatnot inside, and can give you the feeling back sooner. all you have to do is gently rub the area a few times a day or whenever you think about it. if you're lying down, open that thing up, massage the area gently.. the tummy team has a salve that you can use to rub the area. beth learn from fit2b had a neck surgery last year or something, she did a video where we watched her rub the area and pull and whatnot, and the tension in it disappeared! so its really helpful to massage scar areas - obviously starting very gently.
Friendly Reminder: One should never start massaging a scar until they get clearance from their surgeon because if you start it too soon, you will end up with a worse scar. The surgical incision needs to be fully closed and sutures removed first.
Thanks so much for these videos, I've really appreciated hearing about your experiences!
I think you are looking like you feel so much better with each video! Glad you are doing so well!😊
thanks for the update! Glad you are healing well!
