I do everything in this video and the file window pops up like in the video but straight after I get a pop up message on screen: "Can't access device storage - Make sure your device is unlocked and 'File transfer' or 'MTP' mode is selected"...... When you click ok... Both windows close and then the same thing happens again.... And again.......

After this happens, try opening the app again and see if it opens.
There is a special mode "usb transfer mode" on android settings that solve this
