Would love to have this truck set up... can i get one these to the usa?
Wow thats a nice trailer who made it an whats specs?
Archie buy a briquette machine and utilize that saw dust into eco logs new product offer customers
That set up looks awesome I'm in Central Scotland,I'm still cutting up trunk with my saw and running it through a kinetic splitter, but it's just to keep me busy when I'm not cutting hedges and grass,I enjoy it aswell 👍
Still pretty big for kindling, looking for a better processor than that.
👍
Hi Archie. On average in a 24hour period with electricity and fuel how much does it cost to run your kiln.
Brilliant video good yo see a local lad have a TH-cam channel im in sevenoaks born bread Edenbridge
Beausale. Seconds away from where fuelwood make their machines
How many extraction fans have you on the kiln? Where are they located? Have you a description of the fans?
Well done Archie, and have a merry Christmas and Happy New Year.
I have a question on your kiln. We are building our own and do you like how you routed the air flow on the sides and what brand sensors do you use the you monitor everything with?
With your setup and your lighting, you can process all night long. 😂 Nice video
Curious how much you made per year with your set up pretty amazing!
About 1500 ton at the moment
Hello! Like your videos! Do you have video made telling how you got started in firewood?? Thank you .
Yes last years Christmas special
@ thank you!! I’ll try to find it!
Great to see your business growing fast hard work pays off 🇳🇿
Appreciate that
Stop apologising bro, I get it you're a polite south east lad that doesn't want to offend anyone. A lot of people watching this probably run & own small companies themselves. They're not going to start complaining because you haven't put out enough content. Keep at it lad you are working your bo**ox off.
🤣🤣🤣
When is the next video 😂
That second kiln needs to earn it’s corn!
You should be netting and strapping those ibc's and netting the loose logs on the trailer Both would be classed as insecure loads.
I like to watch an occasional Oak Farm Firewood video.
The joys of being self-employed. Probably still working in your sleep !!!
Continually growing is the dream for any small business, well done Archie
Nice one archie it's good that you are so biz . Hope the farm shop is keeping you on the move keep up the good work buddy.
Thanks, love too look at this after a dag hard work. 👍
what happens to all your sawdust
Goes for livestock bedding
I always enjoy your videos and seeing your progression! Thanks for the updates, take care.
Where's your better looking partner Woody?
He was in the video several times
Awesome when I seen this post. Clicked right on it buddy. Peace
Out of interest how many bags do you have left In the 2nd depot.
Letting the customer know when the next kiln batch is available seams like a great idea. Maybe to save you effort just have it so there is only whatever the kiln holds available to order each week. Ie every given week there is only 35cube available to purchase kiln dryed.
great stuff
Could I ask....When I was younger I seem to remember there was a preserved railway down your way. Is it still there and what was it called? Thanks for the posting and Merry Christmas....
👍👍👍
🇬🇧🇩🇰😀👍
narow way,s?? a cubic meter ibc has no narrow side they are square each side equal if there is a narrow side they are half cubic meters. are those big bags like that too?? because you sell them as a cubic meter with a head on it that is true but then they are not cubic meters
I have looked at it briefly and seen it in action but it seems to me a very slow machine how many cubic meters does it split per hour?? I have two Jappa perfect splits running and one does an average of seven to eight cubic meters per hour with straight trunks. The whole set up seems clumsy and not very efficient to me. The only advantage is that it works automatically but at Jappa you can also buy an auto control unit and then you have the same but more production
i have a very simple machine for the crooked stuff the only disadvantage is that you operate the saw by hand but when i see the jappa i think it works faster than the jappa and i can also do thick crooked trunks with it up to about forty cm. it is a woodland mils FP160 saw splitter. i bought it about four years ago for the odd crooked stuff and that thing cost then i think around six half a thousand euros
Way too much work no matter what you say, very bad performer. Too much stopping and starting. At 8K no thank you.
I have a small question, do you not adjust the depth of the cams when you sharpen the chains? because if you don't do that, you limit the cutting depth of the chain blade and the chain will take longer to get through the trunk. I run a file over the depth cams two or three times after each sharpening session. you will see that the chain cuts through the wood much more aggressively
It really is nice to have manners. No need to speak to anyone like you just have to the lad driving the forklift. Have manners next time just like how you would like to be spoken to.
I know you’re busy but I am having oak farm firewood withdrawals personally. I think I might have to see a Dr of sorts. Lol
😂 sorry yeah there will definitely be 1 maybe 2 before Christmas
@ no need to be sorry. If I go to the Dr about this they may send me to the funny farm lol
There is a lot of work operating this new mch.
Just joined new Subscriber and just going through some of your videos. I am in Queensland Australia so looking to learn as much as I can as I scale up my operations here Cheers Garry

Colorado Springs , Colorado USA
we just got one ! excited to put it to work ! thanks for the run through (Tasmania Australia)
Hope you enjoy it!
Why put the boiler inside the container? Why not put it next to/behind the container & just duct the blower into the reefer?
Increased drying area
Just found your channel. This is mint mate
Welcome aboard!
Love your setup
Is the tash new? You're too young to remember them but there is a a Hale and Pace vibe going on there 😂
