    Really enjoyed this helpful video, at work I never took time for breaks, started today and had 5 minutes to be grateful and write down my first win of the day. So true my brain is always in defense keeping me from danger but no time for happiness. Thank you 😊

    😊 im starting to take notes of 3 things i have accomplished during the day and practice gratitude, i will add the joyful breaks. I usually don't let myself have breaks because i feel i need to do more but i really want to take them. I will schedule tomorrow my break 🎉
