I lost it at "I was in labor for 3 days"......Gurl in those three days I would have gotten to a phone called the cops and reported a hostage situation and got the cops to take me to the hospital when they were taking him to jail for kidnapping. Then when I left the hospital with My baby I would head straight to the lawyer's to file for a divorce and custody. There wouldn't be no conversations after all that.

I would suggest that you invite her to come along with you/‘Shadow’ you on a very busy and stressful day/afternoon/etc, at work so she can really see all of the components, the large amount of work and the long hours that are required to run your successful, “Little Hobby Job.” Once she understands how hard you work, that you have only yourself, upon which to rely, how hard it is to feel & be creative when under deadlines, and all of the tasks you must complete in one day - including the hated details, you might be able to sit down with her to explain, just how much she hurt you when she said those things. I suspect that her wedding was NOT the first time she has dismissed, belittled, and put-down you career, so to hear her say something so hurtful, selfish, ignorant, etc, again, especially after you had given her so much assistance, time, and effort into her wedding and you then expressed your happiness for her, it must have felt like the, “Straw that broke the camel’s back.” Additionally, one person quietly leaving a wedding early, cannot ‘Ruin the wedding!’ There is also a possibility that your sister continues to disparage and scorn your career because of jealousy. I, personally, wish I had the type of creativity and business skills required, to run a successful business like yours, so it’s possible that your sister dislikes/hates her own job/career and would love to centre a career around her favourite activity.
