As a native of Tampa for over 50 years, Ybor City is more of a place for night life, although I have not been there in decades, based on videos I think your opinion would be much different if you went at night. Cuban sandwiches are typically eaten cold unless you request a pressed cuban or heated. There was a cute cuban couple who owned a sandwich shop across from my job and their sandwiches were authentic and delicious.

Did you go straight to the ship, or did you have time to visit the shops at the pier?

I rented a kayak for only 20$ from the guy sitting in the chair...paddled from there to the rocks on the other side and probably my the most beautiful beach I.ve ever visited. We took the same tour.

Tip for whoever wants to start. First start with portion control and after one weeek try intermittent fasting do both for a month than omad will be very easy

Great video. I love the different hot sauces. I currently do ADF, so I do a 36-hour fast 3 days a week. I plan to do this for 3 months. Once I reach my goal weight, I plan to switch to OMAD. I like not having to worry about eating all day.

I love riding on Amtrak! I will be honest though...I usually travel with my partner, and I prefer it when it's just him and I at the dining table instead of being shacked up with two other people. Our last journey was decent, but I don't care too much for forced conversation while I eat...when I'm NOT eating, I enjoy conversing with new people, though!

Saw the truck in mt vernon today

I love OMAD! I’m only on my 4th day and I’ve lost 2kgs already, my tummy looks smaller and I feel lighter and more energised! Side note, I did get a headache the 1st day but I’m good now.
