The 2:29 green sauce is a mint sauce that’s ground with mint leaves green chillies and coriander leaves .. the brown sauce is a sweet and tangy sauce made of tamarind, sugar and ground cumin .. the onion rings are fried in a batter of ground chickpeas.. most Indian foods are garnished with coriander leaves that’s why you get served most dishes with the green…. Hope you enjoyed ❤❤
The Brown sauce is made of Tamarind + Sugar, the green sauce is made of Onions, cilantro, mint and green chilies. Pakora had Garbanzo beans flour, tumeric, green chilli, red chilli, salt and onions.. you can make them at home too!
You should have tried the onion pakora with the brown sauce...(I don't like green one even although m indian and most Indian loves that so yeah I couldn't say much about green😅) It would have tasted much better... It's okay we all learn❤ Btw loved your video😊
The ONION PAKORA or Onion Fritters usually go with both the Green Sauce (a Mint-Cilantro Chutney) that is usually a little spicy as it has green chillies and the Brown Sauce (a Tamarind Chutney) that is both sweer n sour. The Onion Pakoras have been garnished with Cilantro or Coriander Leaves. Enjoy !!!
