Yes it will break your fast that’s too many calories. You can technically get away with black coffee that’s 5 calories but even that’s pushing it. Anything with calories break your fast

you need some salts in your water to safely fast. you felt sick because you were low in electrolytes
Well I ended up having the flu so I don’t think the salts would have mattered in this case
