Quick question: The game you got shown on this video, the actual aes box, was it originally a clip version or just open type, like alot of the older games? Reason why I asked, I see both boxes up on eBay.

Neo Geo was one of the best consoles. Since i was too young and had no money i could also afford the cd version. It was the worst decision to sell it. This guy has cool neo geo stuff. Awesome.

EER games are almost impossible to obtain these days and it's like you said the games you sold can be put back into your collection much easier over time if you wish to have them again. One thing I regret is not buying a neo geo and games in Japan. Neo Geo consoles and games are still fairly easy to purchase in Japan if you go to a used video game store. Score on that Double Dragon man! Great video!

Amazing collection. I remember in the early 90s. Someone once told me NeoGeo was for serious gamers. At the time, minimum wage was less than 4 bucks an hour in Cali. So when are you gonna get started on Atari Jaguar? And Turbografx-16. Another arm and a leg.😅😅

I rented a Neogeo and this game on a movie/ videogame store in the 90's, played the hell out of it with a friend, that weekend we had that Neogeo system running for almost 48hs straight, after that we kept pouring coins at this same game in the arcade, this and Kabuki Klash were all the rage around here.

I once owned a NEOGEO AES, and MVS, but had to sell them about 23 years ago, unfortunately. I owned maybe about the same amount of titles, among them (as AES) all Fatal Fury episodes, including Garou, both The Last Blade, Samurai Shodown 2&4, Art of Fighting 1-3, KoF 1995-2001, Metal Slug 1-3. Gangan (Aggressors of Dark Combat), Wind Jammers, Soccer Brawl, Viewpoint, Ninja Masters, Karnov’s Revenge, World Heroes Perfect, Magician Lord, Shock Troopers 2nd Squad, Sengoku 3, Blazing Star, Double Dragon… On MVS I had Shock Troopers 1, Prehistoric Isle, Pulstar… In 2012 as shooter named GunlordX was released for NEOGEO MVS, and Dreamcast. It‘s now available on other platforms. You don‘t wanna miss that.

I owned one of those once, too. Almost had a Kizuna Encounter US/EU, but the shop would not reserve it for another 2 weeks.

It's sad that you had to sell so much of your collection, but at the same time I'm happy you got this sick neo geo game. It really does look like a quality edition to the collection. It's also great that other collectors will be able to purchase your old games, especially if theres some that they are desperate to find. Your Neo Geo collection is super impressive ❤
