39:50 Thats something I really love about this game. So far as I'm aware, it only has one camera. It's like that Michael Keaton movie, Birdman. When your attention is on something, either the camera pans to it or the subject enters frame; no cuts. The only time you're not seeing one long, continuous shot is when you're in a menu. No idea why it was made that way. Maybe so you can feel like you're a part of the adventure? Your personal POV doesn't cut in real life. So maybe that's it. Either way, very cool.

Oh what a breath of fresh air; this is all just so pure. Watching people experience something you've loved for so long for the first time is the closest I think we can get to having that experience again. Seeing someone so excited and emotive about such a huge part of my childhood is just so validating and nice. I could cry; this really is just the tops. Instantly subscribed.

finally a reactor who understood how powerful that final mural was. Such an amazing moment, story, and character development. subbed for sure!

Kratos almost killing Atreus has got to trigger some PTSD of him being tricked to kill his wife and daughter. they should have played a small bit more into that cuz i feel it wasnt picked up on enough.

Really love that they added bits of Dunban’s “Blossom Dance” special into his new Monado Buster. Incredible level of detail and an awesome homage. Also yea that fight where you first get to play as Shulk is super unbalanced. Nearly everybody I know who played the DLC died at least once to it

This is an apex of storytelling that few games ever even aspire to, much less pull off. Xenoblade as a whole, and especially this DLC, are the best narrative in the medium today, and it's not even a contest.

I love how Moebius can also be used as an allegory for the player not wanting the game to end and to continually seek out the same feeling as their first playthrough. Moebius are such deep villians in meaning

This trilogy will always be my favorite video game series ever. The moment when Rex shows up as a complete Chad is still my favorite moment of all 3 games.
