I started taking a complex amino acid afew months ago. Alot of people are deficient in amino acid so i figure if i increase this internally my hair can only benifit. Its strong and healthy tho so im not complaining. I did do a protein treatment about a year and a half ago and my hair became brittle straight away and started breaking off. It was really bad. Took me a while to rebalance with moisturising so i will only take a supliment now just incase

I was watching one of your older video and I was just thinking how beautiful your nose looked on your face, and how it added to your beautiful shape and overall beauty❤. Like I heard the word luscious, which means richly luxurious or appealing to the senses, or excessively ornate or sweet. Like ripe fruit. It's the vibe/ essence you give off. Your nose embodies that is such a beautiful way. Beautiful now but definitely beautiful before as well!

I'm a straight hair natural and I always thought my hair grew faster with my hair in it's natural state. But im happy I came across your video, it helps validate my choices. When I flat iron my hair and trim it helps my ends from breaking any further. My hair grows fast, but It can break off as fast as it grows. I have had a push back lately and my hair has gotten a little shorter. I will never forget another girl saying her hair being damaged doesn't make her any less human and that stuck with me for years. I just learned this about my hair last week. After having to chop off about 4 inches. Every summer I try to do more protective styles like wigs or ponytails with my natural curls. But it damages my hair every time. I am trying to avoid heat so my hair is not damaged, and in the mean time trying to keep up with natural hair does worst damage . I just have this idea that heat is really bad. Even though my hair is it’s healthiest when I straighten and wash and condition on bi weekly basis. Plus go and get my hair professionally trimmed and a treatment every month. Anyways straight natural hair for life lol. And I am so excited to see the growth now

I was suprised about the heat thing, personally the stuff I learned from your videos of how I learned how to prevent heat damage, I can get my 3b hair pretty straight using heat under 350F so the heat damage is pretty minimal as long as I regulate the temperature I use on my hair. There have been girls that have destroyed their curls in 1 go using 450F heat without heat protectant, so I honestly believe the temperature is more important than how frequent heat is used. Hair isn’t severely permenantly damaged until a certain temperature

I just big chopped a few days ago and I can’t tell what’s going on with my hair lol. The edges of my hair all around curl very well, but the center poofs up and is giving me a hard time curling. I can’t tell if it’s heat damage from straightening while transitioning, just a weird/different curl pattern from my edges, or lack of moisture from not taking care of my real hair while transitioning. But I will give this a try thanks!

I wish i had explored this option or was aware of this option before i went back to relaxing. But so far no regrets. I feel like I currently have the best of both worlds. No frizz. I maintain much straighter hair. No fuzzy sweated out edges from the sun or gym and my hair still holds a nice curl when I dont straighten it and hang is nice. Because its relaxed there is no shrinkage. So im experiencing a wash n go how i always wanted it when i was natural . I used a light relaxer so it kind of just softened my texture but it looks great straight and curly. Also is healthier and growing. 😊

Ever since I found your channel my hair has been thriving!! I've been alternating between bond treatments and protein treatments on every wash day. Previously I was so focused on moisture and my hair kept breaking.
