aww Thank you so much! and girl this past year being a straight natural has been the best i couldnt imagine it any other way now! I loved my curls but the maintenance was soo heavy! between my 9-5 which is more like a 7-6 , YT and other life responsibilites I just dont have the time to spend hours doing my hair every week!xxx

You showed us the process, Yayy!!! I think I wanna do a full blown keratin treatment. I’ve been eyeing the Myraki brand. I’ve been able to stop my ends from reverting… but this Miami humidity is next level disrespectful to my roots 😮
Oh I can imagine it’s hard to keep it up in Miami humidity!😩 yeah Keratin treatment would be a lot stronger hold than the one I use xxx

It will work in Miami. I live in south Florida and the keratin treatment is why my hair still looks good in this crazy humidity
Lol I have been doing this myself for 2 years now and my hair is thick and healthy, couldn't deal with those salon prices! Plus a kit lasts me a whole year because I only 3 times a year! You did that 🎉🎉🎉!

Hey girl! non its not humid, it doesnt really get hot in the UK but it rains ALOT ahah , I would be cautious that you will need to have a strict DC and moisturizing routine as you can be prone to breakage if your hair gets dry xx

Yep! This treatment will really do that! It’s only temporary so does start to revert back over time but if I keep on top of it my hair stays straight!xx

Maybe your stylists wasn’t being honest with you. I have the same gap/ whole in my hair and the lady told me it’s from breakage and showed me in the mirror and put up a white paper so I can see it better. I appreciate her for keeping it honest with me. I’m going to take a break from heat. She had to cut layers in my hair
@@Neesha242 no, she did the same thing with a white sheet and took another picture and it was fine also the way to tell if it’s a hole which she explained to me is a the hair is shorter at the hole whereas with mine the hair was all the same length also it’s not heat that causes that specific hole, ponytails are the main cause xxx
Can we get a video of you trying you hot rollers? I’ve found it gives the hair a voluminous affect. I’m wondering if you come to the same conclusion…

Wow you've heat trained your hair so much it looks relaxed!! Do you find you have to trim your hair more less or the same these days?
Yes mainly due to the keratin treatment!! & I would say more but my cuts are lot less xx

I do love it here but texture is also great too! & thank you, its a double sided bristle brush! xx
I’m going to try this system because I work out a few times a week and sweat so much, a regular silk press does not last.
Yeahh without this treatment maintaining a silk press whilst working out for longer than a week/2 is a mission especially in summer!xx

@@May-tai just getting tired of long wash days, fairy knots and split ends when my hair is in its natural state. I’m always on the go so it’s hard trying to maintain it during the week. So I’ve been looking at straight haired naturals and healthy permed TH-camrs; just trying to see which is better suited. But perming is so permanent so I just get nervous with that, yet I don’t care to keep my curls.
Are you naturally low porosity? I did an amino acid treatment two years ago and all of my hair fell out. I was told it was because I was low porosity. I wish I could use this system.
Nope I’m not! But I would say it lowered my porosity so you have to be really intentional about moisturising and DC treatments, same thing happened to my friend😩 her hair started breaking off in clumps!
@@naturalnadineewhy do you think it broke her hair off? Why would this negatively affect low porosity hair?
@@Virtuenow because if your hair is already low porosity and you add a layer of keratin/amino acid on top it will make your hair even lower this means if you’re not moisturising effectively your hair can get brittle and break off very quickly. With proper care this won’t happen though xx
Anyone know if these same products would enhance your curls of you don't do the silk press heat parts?
@@HiNinqi according to the instructions you can use it on curly hair to define your curls more but also loosens your curl pattern but I always thought what happens if you straighten your hair in betweeen that time I have no idea😂 I don’t think it’s worth the risk on curly hair personally xx
Hi. I have a question. How does it smell when the hair is wet? I had keratin done once and when I popped into the shower, it smelled really bad and the smell stayed there up until I dried it.
@@maryamalshamsi4069 hey it smells amazing when you first do it, and no real smell after that when hair is wet? No like chemical smell x

How long does it last
It says 2 months but I find it’s about 3/4 months before my hair starts to revert back in the meantime I just do my roots

I have 3b/3c type textured hair , i dont want too do the karatin , but how ofter should i straighten my hair and still maintain my length ? Causw mu hair is long now.
It depends on so many things, I personally only straighten once every 3 week x

Did you get a perm hun? Your curls werent there? Or is this the effect this treatment?? Also are there fumes? (I cant take and and i really want to try a keratin like treatment.)
@@YeaNo. no perm hun this is a result of the keratin treatment temporarily! & the fumes aren’t bad!x

I'm confused.... This is natural Hair? Does your hair ever revert back to its natural curl pattern without cutting it off?
Yes it would, :) it only lasts for about 6-8 weeks depending how often you wash your hair and my hair starts to revert back to its natural texture - also not sure I mentioned in the video you can also do this and still be able to wear your natural hair (I just choose not to)
I still class my hair as natural for this reason but it’s not virgin xxx
I’m not trying to be mean but bone straight hair don’t match your features. Just my opinion curly/ natural would have enhanced you more.
I like all the styles on me straight/curly/natural/braids all have a different look, don't put BW in a box with regards to their hair it's versatile for a reason girl!
That's not natural hair. Sorry can't lie to me. But it's pretty.
You keep commenting that ive had a relaxer and im lying but a quick google search would let you know that a Keratin treatment CAN make your hair straight temporarily & allow you to keep your curls if you want to depending on how its done! its 2024 girl hair products have moved on from relaxers!
That's natural hair, trust me.
So this gives you temporary cuticles on your strands? Also what do you think about using neutralizing shampoo as regular weekly wash instead of ACV rinse mix
