    5:43 'I want you to be Phoebe right now' - Did not have that on my Paul Ingram workouts 2024 bingo card 🤣 Seriously though, cardio was psychologically punching back at me today and I needed something, ANYTHING to take my mind off it without feeling like I gave up. This appeared on my subs front page between sets and this was a lovely active recovery and kind of pep-talk to boot. Thank you for all that you do. You're not just there to teach us new things and give workouts, you have our backs at the rough times as well 🤘

    Silat is just another form of martial arts. Nothing to brag about. Contemporary Silat is nomore origional. Most of the techniques are copied from other martial arts. As a martial artist myself, I would prefer a combination of Chinese Shaolin n Wing Chun. Virtually all martial arts teach you the vital points. Nevertheless, Speed n Strength counts. Be water my friend.
