I use Chemical Guys "Silk Shine". gives a clean, low lustre finish that lasts for a couple weeks, as long as you arent driving through rain or dirt roads

BMW Z3 2.0 2.2 have a 168mm open diff unless u have the sport model in which case u have a torsen LSD 188mm

So, I really don’t notice much, if any movement in my seats. The car has like 97K. But, it is almost 25 years old. Should I just replace the bushings? Or, is this something that will be very obvious when it’s needed?

This video was very helpful to me. In September, I bought a 2000 BMW 2.3 Roadster Z3. It’s Atlanta Blue with a tan top and interior. It had 97k miles. There are a few minor issues with it but I love it. I hope to keep fixing it up and that included new seals installed today. Thanks!

In your driving video at the 2:50 mark I failed to see that new subwoofer which would have been a great time to play "Proud to be an American" by Lee Greenwood. Just an observation carry on...

That method did not work for me...What did work was a Dremel tool. I took my time and cut out the center of the badge. I made the cut almost through the material and then stopped and used a screwdriver to pry it open. Then I could work the plastic tool around to break the seal. I never made any marks on the car surface.

This is why i love my Boston Green Z3 so much. It stands out even more in the sea of white, silver and black that surrounds it whenever i park in a public space.

Im 14 and I was thinking of getting a z3 as a first car when I turn older, is there anything I should worry about?

ALWAYS replace the bearing mount on top. a used/loose bearing will allow the shock to meander around the strut shaft and it will be leaking oil sooner than it should. new/tight bearing keeps it perfectly centered and extends the life of the shock or............you can do this job again

If they can't get the small things Right,best walk away.

Happened to me once and I had tu put it back on the side of the road. I put zip ties as an emmergency backup in case it fails again. You should probably do it too. Stupid, dangerous design.
