I haven't tried it myself but I don't know why you couldn't. Just update the game and downgrade to the first version then copy the files to a new location and then repeat the process with the 2nd version you want to downgrade to.

Haha its quite possibly broken after the latest update to Starfield. Might have to wait for the mod author to update their mod.

Make sure all of the files fully finished downloading. You will receive a confirmation in the steam console window when all downloads complete.

It just replacing the files with the downgraded files. Just replace the files from the depot folder and you should be good to go!

You could try to place it higher in the load order under gameplay however there is a chance this mod is currently broken since starfield just updated to accommodate for the Shattered Space DLC. It might need to be updated for the latest version of the game.

Make sure to download the script extender I linked in the description. The mod author updated F4SE after I released this video. Hopefully that fixes your issue with the steam_api64.dll as of the CC content to remove just make sure to remove the files I showed in the video otherwise the game wont boot.

You might have something different. I just checked my folders under GOG Galaxy/Games and I have a __Config folder with ini files inside.

Don't worry you are not the first person that has mentioned that in the comments. For the sake of keeping the video short I cut out the game downloading and should have made it more clear to wait for the depot command confirming all files have downloaded. I am going to try and edit the video to add some text for new viewers.

You can load practically as many mods as you want as far as I can tell. At least on my Xbox Series X that is. I would assume it would be similar for the S. And yes its always good practice to perform a full restart of the Xbox to avoid crashes and start fresh.

@@circuitscore alrighty thank you!! one more question, I’m having some serious crashing in akila city. I’m pretty sure it’s cause I have like 8 crew members on deck. It’s the mission for Sam coe when you first meet him. Have you also had that issue before?

I have not had this issue however I keep my crew member team smaller than most people.

Depends how big the mod is however the Xbox reserves 100GB for mods so its quite a bit.

I would recommend at a minimum getting to New Atlantis. It doesn't take long. However a lot of mods should still work depending on what it is.

I mean it is an exploit. There is no other system like Serpentis where you will get an encounter every single time.

That is a good question? Did you previously have the HD Texture pack installed before downgrading? Or a texture pack mod? You may need to reapply the texture mod if that is the case or you could try to download the HD texture pack depot however I personally like to use third party textures.

@@circuitscore I figured that part out at least. It was an issue I was having with one of my drives, and I was foolishly trying to transfer the largest depot over in pieces. Gotta move it over all at one time... my bad. Now I seem to be having issues with the DLC in a spot or two. I'm going to try to download and copy over those depots as well, hopefully it will be fixed. Thank you for this guide though, it DID fix my install for the most part.

If you are still having issues with the DLCs you could try and redownload the depots as well. I provided a link in the description to a reddit post with additional depot commands. Id make a backup first though just in case!

@@circuitscore I did just that and now my install works perfectly. Thank you for all your help my man. I'd def suggest anyone who uses this should 100% get all the DLC depots or there can be some major issues. Fortunately they're not even that big compared to the main game.

Glad you got it working! The biggest mistake I saw people make was not waiting long enough for all of the depot files to download as it essentially downloading an older version and replacing the files. I cut down my video to keep things short and to the point.

All of those mods will go under UI & Structure category. Difficulty first, then Cheats, then Quests

Many of my subscribers have reported even in the last week that it still works! Lets hope they never patch it!

@@circuitscore Aright, I'll try this method. At same time, I'll able to grab Vista at same time, as I have 8 ships in total and I was going to sell few soon as I get 10 ships in total. I haven't started NG yet, as I held main quest off for while until I finish other achievements.

Im not sure if you can do this on Cloud gaming but if you can get to your manage game section you can go to saved data and delete your Reserved Space. Make sure to save your load order before doing this. If that is not available try to just back up your load order to Bethesda cloud delete all mods and redownload them from the load order cloud sort.

Boom! No probs! I want the ROG Ally X so bad but I think Ill stick with my modified ROG Ally for now.

@@circuitscore i think you should indeed stick with the 1st gen Ally, as AMD has announced to bring the Z2 Extreme chipset out early 2025. Next year will be very interesting for handhelds. Anyway thanks again!

I could try do some more ship stealing videos. That's the best part of the game. Check out some of my older content where I steal a bunch of ships as well as tips and tricks on how to do so.

I found those commands from searching Nexus and doing my own testing. You could update to 1.6.1170. Download the needed CC content and then downgrade back down to 1.6.640. This is the last version that works with Anniversary content.

Completely understand the frustration. Happens to me as well. On your main page you can hit the 3 dots under the recommended video and click "Not Interested". I've personally found this helps fine tune the suggestions.
