Hi. Homogenizers are best to be used in batches that are over 300 grams. Olivem 1000 is an oil in water emulsifier, how come you added the water to the oil? I know it can be done how you did it but the consistency will be different. You did not use a preservative either.

would this be good for making a sunscreen with zinc oxide in it? I'm trying to figure out the best way to make sure the zinc is dispersed properly for optimal coverage

Excellent video! It was very useful in my research into making emulsions for cosmetic products. Have you done any tests to determine how important the separate heating of the water phase and oil phase are to creating a stable emulsion?

I can see the one with homogenizer didnt seem to have soaping effect. probably because the homogenizer allows for the molecules to get really small. im sold on homogenizer. i think i will get one and get rid off my stick blender.
