Guess what ya'll! I went to #traderjoes and made breakfast, lunch and dinner #mealprep for only $40! Here's the walkthrough of how I made everything for the full work week.

Water definitely can have a taste. There are specific brands I don't buy based on the taste.
It’s cheaper and more convenient to replace the fridge water filter though. This video just makes no sense at all.
I lived in an apartment, and they wanted me to pay for the replacement. I was already moving and didn't want to, so I used my pitcher which I had on hand.
Get a RO filter. Those pitchers clean 5/100 contaminates
Why not just replace the water filter for the fridge? Also if you compared the unfiltered fridge water with the jugs own brand filter, that’s hardly a fair comparison
Agreed. Not a fair comparison. I would just replace the frig filter.

This looks yummy & could almost double or triple as lunch or dinner by eliminating the eggs & the syrup & replacing them with another healthy ingredient or not.

She used 1 pound of ground turkey. And I think she used the whole carton of eggs. Pretty sure.

I just use the tomato paste and add water and spices. I can’t stand sweet sauces so I save money and make it taste the way I like it 😎

The real sugar only come from the fruit and the yogurt is low carb. It’s a decent amount of fat with the avocado

i spend $150 a month on groceries. I stick to serving sizes and 2000 calories. This weight loss journey is helping me save money. Being big is a money waster. All you need to eat and spend money on food
