The work is not properly done. The blocks are not to be arange close to the main beam that is to carry the prestressed beam. You are to have 0.9 to 1m full reinforce concrete slab that will take care of the support moment and shear force. Most times people just use a method without understanding the critical design concept. This is full of error. Its always good you engage qualified professionals not quacks.
