Spintex Project Round-up: Happy Client???

We interview the owner of our Baatsona-Spintex Development project. He shares his journey of building in Ghana with us. Where it all started and how it has concluded for him.

Quite interesting, the vast majority of Ghanaians have experienced same and it continues unabated. Every Ghanaian thinks been abroad signify riches so they will cut corners when given the chance to help a relative. It takes 15 to 30 years to acquire a property abroad, it takes 1 year on less for Ghanaians to put up a structure . The rest we all know the answer, I've come to admire Jacob West and I hope and believe they're what they claim to be. Keep up the good work

This is a problem that most Ghanaians abroad face and that is why you need a reputable developer to work on your project for you. Most people think its expensive to use a developer but it really isn't because you get good value for your money. In this clients' case, he spent more than twice but assuming he decided to use a developer from the get go, he wouldn't have to go through the same process twice.

I think the big mistake this guy made the first time is hiring a family member to build the house. If that person is not a qualified contractor, the outcome is going to be bad. Building a house properly is no joke. Better spend 10-15% of the construction cost on a quality contractor than use a cheap family member who is not qualified.
