      Look both projects are of different segment one is the old one and RTM and the other one is under construction and is going to take it’s time so what ever suits your requirement you should go with that …but if I have to compare both the project then I would rate cherry county higher then Eros as far as quality and maintenance part is concerned The only hitch is that it’s old construction

    I believe EROS group has sold the project to AEPL (AJAY ENTERPRISE PVT LTD) where Eros group has no control. This is a very risky to put our hard earned money here where third party is in the picture who is doing the construction.

    Achha...as if 25-50 lakh kuchh hai hi nahi.....barh gaye hai barh gaye hai mein kewal moonh hi to chalana hai...bhaiyon requesting you all with folded hands not to get debt trapped for kabootarkhanas that too with your such a very hard earned money in current scenario. This price will fall for sure and if it doesn't fall then its better to invest your respective hometowns.

Really loved the real state data in recent time which states that real state markets are booming in other reality market while in noida extension it dropped by 7%. Happy that sense is prevailing in people and they r not getting trapped in kabutarkhanas on the name of fake luxury.

    Bhai jabtak 2bhk 30-40 lakh tak ka tha tab tak to log le rahe the … But ab jab ye 60-70 lakh ka mil raha hai .. to lene wale bhi 50% se 60% bhi ghat gaye he … Kyuki pehle 20-30 hazar ki emi deni padti thi… to insaan sochta tha ki 15 hazar kiraya dene se better he 20-30 hazar ki emi de du… Par ab rent around 20-25k ka hai aur emi dekho to 40-50 hazar ki ban rahu he to ye gap bahut jyada badh gaya hai … isliye log kiraye pe rehna hi prefer kar rahe he … Kyuki in flats pe emi to deni hi padti he sath me maintenance fees bhi 5 se 12 hazar tak deni pad rahi hai … Koi itna nahi kama raha ki loan ki emi 40-50 hazar tak de aur fir maintenance fees bhi de aur uske baad kabootaro ke tarah ek dabbe jaisw flat me rahe

      Wrong information even i am working with a well reputed firm in siddharth vihar builder are short of unit that much of demand is having in the market .which result into price hike by builder in every 2 or 3 months but soon the builder soldout the unit . existing couldn't sold their unit in the same percentage like builder do .boz builder has the power of money he can get his buyer from anywhere through promotion,dealers

      @@manishmalik2918thats what i am saying, until the flats were in justified price under 40 lakhs, people were purchasing them in high numbers as after work from home ends people have made lots of savings and they wanted to invest it in real estate as thier own house rather than becoming someone tenant , this created high demand in market and most the 2 bhk got sold out . This increases the price and 2bhk goes out of budget from 35-40lakh 2 years before to 50-60 lakhs today. The present situation is such that builders and dealers have shifted the market from 2bhk to 3bhk to earn more profit at same marketing price. Most new projects now don’t have 2bhk inventory and they are selling 3bhk only starting from 85lakhs to 1.5 crores.
