@@singhprakhar75 actually whole noida extension commercial are cheating base and income for developers ..i lost my hard earn money in galaxy ..some in gaurs ..and many more to go loose ..and they dnt have any answers for that's

@@bullmen3974 correct, no ROI is there also the rental is very very less. As no leasing or branding is being done by the developers they just make the structure sell it and vanish.
