No Grandthum is owned by group 108 ..it was earlier under the umbrella of bhutani group but they are different entity now ..

Incorrect info. It will be delivered soon. Builder has sent the letters too to the customers that if they are late (Dec 2024) they will pay penalty every month.
They have mentioned the money too clearly in the letter. So, dare you misguide people here.
