Wrong information even i am working with a well reputed firm in siddharth vihar builder are short of unit that much of demand is having in the market .which result into price hike by builder in every 2 or 3 months but soon the builder soldout the unit . existing couldn't sold their unit in the same percentage like builder do .boz builder has the power of money he can get his buyer from anywhere through promotion,dealers

This increases the price and 2bhk goes out of budget from 35-40lakh 2 years before to 50-60 lakhs today. The present situation is such that builders and dealers have shifted the market from 2bhk to 3bhk to earn more profit at same marketing price. Most new projects now don’t have 2bhk inventory and they are selling 3bhk only starting from 85lakhs to 1.5 crores.
Achha...as if 25-50 lakh kuchh hai hi nahi.....barh gaye hai barh gaye hai mein kewal moonh hi to chalana hai...bhaiyon requesting you all with folded hands not to get debt trapped for kabootarkhanas that too with your such a very hard earned money in current scenario.
