Plasma Cutter - Building a Cart From Scrapped RV Steel
Mac used some of the tow money from the BLM and Forest Service to purchase a plasma cutter...and needed a cart to wheel it around the shop. And what better way to build the cart than use the new tool to cut the steel. And most of the parts for the cart have come from steel we've harvested from dismantling RVs. The only parts we need are some casters, washers and self tapping screws. Join us as we bodge together a rolling cart and improve our fabrication skills, and run the welder out of shield gas. Oh and did I mention I've never used a plasma cutter before?

Nice job folks , it’s very sad how bad it has gotten up fall creek . I’ve never seen so much trash left by the homeless anywhere . I stopped going up fall creek just because of that and the people that come with all that trash . Way to go Oregon keep voting the way you do and you will keep getting more of this !!!!

Hi Mac! Just wanted to let you know I just finished binge watching all 73 videos in your trail maintenance playlist! All the way through and paying attention throughout! That may be a bit odd, I guess, but I've been laid up with a back injury for a couple weeks and I found your channel and became obsessed with trail maintenance. Great job documenting, and I find it fascinating, relaxing, and very informative! Learned a ton about all the little tricks cutting logs off trails. I'm a wilderness backpacker over in Montana, and love going on some of the back trails that might not see much maintenance; dream about fixing them up and sometimes bring a little hand saw with me. I've never been on a trail crew, but it might end up being in my near future. Thanks a lot for you and your volunteer crews' hard work taking care of our trails and teaching us how its done! Keep it coming!
