Trash and Trail
United States
เข้าร่วมเมื่อ 6 ม.ค. 2018
Mac's life in Fall Creek, Oregon and my adventures cleaning up trash with Friends of Fall Creek Watershed in the Willamette National Forest and beyond, volunteering with the Scorpions Trail Crew, Cascade Volunteers and the Pacific Crest Trail Association cutting out downed trees, repairing tread and trail maintenance with chainsaws, crosscut saws, axes, Pulaskis and more tools. And of course, enjoying the wilderness with epic trips in our Jeep Wranglers with my wife, Jessica and our dogs Willow and Lady across Oregon and throughout the Pacific Northwest, hiking trails, paddle boarding and kayaking and living life to the fullest with every adventure and challenge we can find. #volunteer #trailmaintenance #trashpickup #jeepwrangler #jeepwranglertj #jeepwranglerjk #4x4 #hikeoregon #snowwheeling #chainsaw #outdoors #pnw
Plasma Cutter - Building a Cart From Scrapped RV Steel
Mac used some of the tow money from the BLM and Forest Service to purchase a plasma cutter...and needed a cart to wheel it around the shop. And what better way to build the cart than use the new tool to cut the steel. And most of the parts for the cart have come from steel we've harvested from dismantling RVs. The only parts we need are some casters, washers and self tapping screws. Join us as we bodge together a rolling cart and improve our fabrication skills, and run the welder out of shield gas. Oh and did I mention I've never used a plasma cutter before?
