The OPPOSITE of a worthless feature. I can't count how many times I have found myself in a situation in which I wished for this feature.

I wish they would use the same geometry of the adjustment mechanism on the raptor, on the pliers wrench. Make them narrower. I love the pliers wrench, but it can be too wide sometimes to get into tight spots.

i use that feature all the time and i never travel with batteries plugged into the tool. number two your batteries have to be checked at the airport. id have to say, youre wrong.

Never had any problems with the torx screw . you more than likley have the wrong size bit to fit the screw and i have put 10s of thousands in. and who cares two _cks about a logo

Twin grip pliers make the regular slip joint totally obsolete. I'm loving all the new pliers designs lately. Better yet, icon copying them all for less money!

Long nose pliers and needle nose are for different things and no needle nose are not meant for non maring please use tools properly and for their proper intent

I just watched your video on knipex side cutters and just like that viðeo you did not do your homework, snips are not the same as lineman pliers as well as bolt cutters are not the same as either of them, snips are for mainly wire and thin tin and steel not nails, use tools for their intended purpose they will last longer the work will be faster and easier done and you will be much less frustrated

People doyour homework before buying tools, the three of thees are the best for the jobs they are meant for but no they are not intended to do the same jobs, they are different tools for different jobs and you do need all three if you use them for their specific jobs they are designed for do not buy just one thinking it will do everything it won't and you will be disappointed

I recently bought this Husky Connect toolbox after comparing it with the Build Out one. I didn't even care to look at those other brands where you would be paying for the big name more than any extra quality. Although the Build Out system does have some good features, the Connect system, in my opinion, is a much better option for my tool storage.

I have the Cobras and agree they are very versatile and capable, especially as they are so small. I do want a Pliers Wrench and like the 150mm (6”) but as my needs are really for EDC I could get away with the 100mm and the use will be for various nuts typically. Being so small they are also very slim, so you can get in anywhere.

Would like to leave this comment for the manufacturer: Why do you call this nite eye? Just because the colors are reversed? Typical tapes have yellow background and black numbers. Nite eye has yellow numbers and black background. So what? You can’t see it at night. Why not make a Generation 3 that includes an LED lite in the housing that shines down the length of the tape like a mini flashlight or glow in the dark numbers? That would be DOPE!

I still wonder how the Hex-Plus shape actually does what it does though. As best as I can tell, the concave lets the key ignore most of the rest of the socket edges which matters if they've been misshape or gouged up. Especially gouged up so the key can sit at the proper depth in the socket. And I guess the sharper points on the key make it so there is more pressure so they can bite into what little remains of the corners more easily. But I'm not sure which of the two aformentioned things is the primary objective. If the sharper corners thing is true then also means it is more liable to damage to a socket in good working order due to the more concentrated force, although it would work better on a chewed up socket where you are willing to damage it further as long as you can get it out since it is going to be replaced anyways. The fact there are sharper corners seems to also mean that the key is theoretically weaker.

Very helpful review! Thanks! In my opinion, they should put the R/L switch on the Rod itself, like it is typically done. This way it would also be more accessible, ie. you could switch it with the other hand without letting go of the grip!

Just so you know, once any channel lock style of pliers is biting, only the top handle needs pressure, you don’t have to squeeze anymore

So after a month of waiting the beefy ones showed up at my house from Germany. I want to cut the end of a cabinet screw that the idiot flippers put all the way through. I can't find anything about cutting that type of screw. Will it mess up my $70 nips??

I have the Dowel Max and the Jessum Doweling jigs. They are fine, accurate products. The only reason I don't have a Festool is because I don't need one. I don't do production work or large pieces of custom furniture. For those applications I think it would be invaluable. I don't begrudge anyone who has one or needs one. Personally I think the DVD is a nice touch. There are people in rural America who don't have access to 5G internet speeds. So this might help them get started. Good video for this excellent tool.
